Car Parking is at front of house on level tarmac, a few yards from the front door which has an access ramp to it.
Enter house through front door into porch leading to lounge area.
There are two ground floor bedrooms.
One room has a walk in shower, washbasin and toilet.
The other bedroom has an ensuite with a shower over the bath.
Colour T.V.’s in each room with a remote control.
Tea/coffee trays with cordless kettles.
Breakfast will be served in the dining room on the first floor.
A stairs with 12 steps and a right turn half way up leads you to this room.

Good mobile phone reception.
Limited daily bus shuttle between Llandrindod Wells, Llanyre, Rhayader, Newbridge on Wye and Builth Wells. Pick up point 400 metres from the
House with pavement all the way.
